Managing Partner – Harma Capital Connect
Meagher Haro-Taylor is the Managing Partner of Harma Capital Connect and a seasoned CA with over 30 years of global experience spanning finance, strategic consulting, and project management. He holds a Master of Project Management, a Bachelor of Business Management, and a Bachelor of Accounting.
Meagher spent 16 years at KPMG International, where he advised private and public sector clients across Papua New Guinea, the UK, the US, and Australia. His work focused on cross-border advisory, private business services, and international finance strategy.
Beyond his Big Four tenure, Meagher has held executive leadership roles including Managing Director and CEO in both corporate and government organisations. His experience navigating complex commercial and public-sector environments brings valuable insight into the financial, operational, and regulatory dimensions of major infrastructure and investment projects.
Meagher’s leadership underpins Harma Capital Connect strategic direction and delivery. He is known for his integrity, analytical rigour, and commitment to driving long-term value for clients and partners.

Vera Pottinger is an accomplished executive with over 20 years of cross-border business experience across Indonesia and Australia. She holds a Diploma in Finance and a Master of Business Administration, with expertise in international marketing, corporate development, investment facilitation, and stakeholder engagement.
Vera began her career in Jakarta with multinational firms and later held senior roles in both public and private sectors in Sydney and Brisbane. At Harma Capital Connect, she leads business development and investor relations, connecting Southeast Asian and Australian markets through strategic partnerships and capital solutions.
She is also the Director of Nilam Sembagi Executive Business Services, where she works with clients across diverse industries including finance, renewable energy, accounting, and education.
In addition to her corporate portfolio, Vera is an active advocate for multicultural engagement. She serves as an Advisory Board Member of the Multicultural Queensland Social Network and is a recognised leader within the Indonesian Australian community. Her leadership has shaped numerous flagship cultural events and initiatives that foster social inclusion and cross-cultural collaboration.
Vera’s strengths lie in her strategic mindset, operational execution, and ability to connect people, projects, and capital across borders—making her a vital contributor to Harma Capital Connects regional growth and impact.
